Send a password that disappears

PassAlong turns a password, an API key or a note into a link that can be opened once. It is encrypted in your browser before anything is sent, so our server stores only text it cannot read. No account needed.

How it works

1. Your browser encrypts the secret with a fresh key before anything is sent.
2. Our server stores only the encrypted text. The key stays in the part of the link after #, which browsers never send to a server.
3. The recipient opens the link, presses Reveal, and their browser decrypts it. A one-time link is destroyed at that moment.

After you send it

You also get a private link for yourself that shows whether the secret was opened and lets you revoke it. PassAlong also includes a password generator that runs entirely in your browser.
